This is a 64 Slice CT scanner that can acquire these images with a high speed and accuracy. Because it is noninvasive and has high contrast resolution, it has replaced some radiographic procedures using contrast media. This is a really good idea if we need to better understand 3-dimensional structures for surgical or radiation therapy planning.
